Hypnosis and Tarot Workshop

Since 2007 I have worked in hypnotherapy, managing issues as benign as nail biting to serious addictions and many more besides. For some the issues are merely disturbing, and for others they are life changing. My approach has always been quite conservative, but over the years it becomes impossible to overlook the fact that many of the issues I’ve worked with come down to several common themes.

For many people their struggles originate with questions that remain unanswered. There is a search for something undefined, that eventually develops into a malady that is horribly unhealthy. I wouldn’t say this is always the case, but in many situations it is part of the issue. In this workshop I am presenting a unique approach to dealing with some of those unanswered questions which we all ask ourselves. In a novel approach, incorporating established hypnosis techniques and others of a more spiritual nature I am putting these tools at your disposal.

We all have questions that evade us. We all harbor secret self doubts. Let’s be honest – we’ve all asked ourselves at one moment or another, ‘Am I good enough?’

This workshop is going to be deep but also fun and enjoyable. Letting go of our reservations and drawing on the well of talent within yourself you will use the cards to embark on an exploration that will lead you places you least expect. A journey of learning and growth. In this safe space you will develop practices that will advance in your own personal adventure. Using hypnosis techniques you will flow into a clearer understanding of your true purpose, and move closer to your understanding of why you are here.

Using the cards to guide you, you can explore some of the unanswered questions we ask ourselves. This is a journey that will help you rediscover some of the things you may have lost along the way and unlock the true potential we are all gifted with. For some this is finding the creativity we have neglected, for others rediscovering the vitality of curiosity. Your journey is as unique as you are, and your path as diverse. The answers are within us, if we are prepared to embark upon this voyage of self discovery.

Confidentiality.

I try to keep these group small, with individuals who are well matched. You will need a yoga mat and a blanket. Everyone in the group is expected to maintain the confidentiality of the group.
